9/14: Need Practice

We were horsing around at the deer lease this weekend and staked out one of the tanks this evening to try and down a few dove. We saw a number of singles. Lets just say we could use a little practice. Drove by one of the other tanks to check a feeder and jumped about 50 birds.....of course. A fine time was had by all.

We got back to the house. My wife asks my 10yo 'How'd you do?' He says 'We shot a whole lot of I Told You So'. Not sure what that means but it was funny.

They had a big time. They got to shoot at some stuff, laugh at me when I missed and my bucket was full of snacks and drinks. It was fun.
