Rolling with this one again. If you have flounder in the freezer it is not going to have better use than this!

2112 got married and is doing great. We don't ever hear from Reeltime anymore. Not sure what's going on with him.

Cooked this one again on Thursday last week. Baked it in the BGE with some Hickory smoke for some good smokey crust. 2112, wherever you are, thanks again for sharing this one!

Hard to beat good ol stuffed flounder. Now I'm going to have to get out fishing for those flatties.

God it sounds yummy.. Gonna try this tonight. I usually make it whole-roasted with caper, herb butter and anchovy and add a little olive oil after roasting. Great mediterranean stuff! I've spent two weeks in Montenegro last year to check house prices in Montenegro and met with a guy who was travelling around the Europe to find interesting local recipes. He said that he was writing a a book and we talked about cooking for almost 3 hours This one is one of the recipes that he taught me, I can share more later if you guys are interested!

2112 flounder recipe is still standing the test of time! About to bake it on the egg. Using some apple wood to see of i can infuse some of that panko with some smokey goodness. Eat well my friends and thanks Bert!

Special shout-out to Plugger for doing a solid job in reconstructing the recipe. ✌😜🍻

I really like the Silver carp in the oven with homemade mayonnaise, spices and lemon - very simple and delicious!
