    I usually look at NOAA you can search their site for a page called tides online, then look for the gulf region...... You can look at the entire gulf around to Florida.
    Weather Underground still has an option to view the old format. I messed around with it this am.

        It has Tides, Wind, Air Pressure, Air & Water Temp. I was trying to find out if it was any different in the bays. I'll try out Wunderground.
        On that same page you are looking at there are other buoys around the bay. Morgans, Eagle, Manchester, and Rollover are Galveston system. Rollover will give you a good idea of what shallow water or maybe on the ground is like....think that one is messed up.
