It was excellent. So excited for part 2 tonight. Costner is fantastic as Devil Anse. I expected a little bit better from Bill Paxton, but then again he hasn't been featured too much. We still have 2 parts to go, so I imagine he'll improve and be featured more. It's tough to comment on the accuracy of the movie since the real life circumstances are still a bit muddy. The guys making this movie are knocking it out of the park thus far. Make sure you pay attention to the dialouge, the actors do a good job of talking in that 1870's West Virginia/Kentucky accent. What Would Hans Wagemueller Do?
