  • Y'all say a prayer for ghmason in N.C.

If y'all wouldn't mind droppin' a line to the big guy upstairs for our friend George Mason. He's a member here and he spends a good amount of time at SLP. He's at home in Jacksonville, N.C. riding Florence out. Talked to him today just before the first big rainbands hit. He's as prepared as can be, but I never heard of a few prayers hurting either. Thanks Y'all. - Sandy

Got George on the horn. He and his wife are safe and sound. No electricity, but no house damage so far.

Just heard back from him after a day or so. Phone service on Verizon is spotty. Safe, dry, and runnin' on the RV generator.
