For sailing that is...
Went out with my gf's dad on his 36 wildcat Catamaran. great 17-20 knot sustained winds.
Had some trouble getting a hold of the Pelican Island bridge master so we did 360s for a while. There were tons of boats anchored around the PIB (pelican island bridge)... Saw some CRAZY blow ups, the kind you see offshore, big mullet flying out of the air. Once we got through the bridge, there was a group of guys in a trophy (i think) center console with a 150 hp on it (descriptive I know). The guy up front had a rod bent over for as long as I could keep my binocs on him. Must have been something big 'cause they were chasing the fish in the boat.... Maybe one of you know who it was.
Also, what is it with the guys in 36 ft center consoles with twin 300 E-tecs /outriggers... radar... decked out 100K+ boats anchored in the shipping channel. My *** would be 100 mi off shore.
