Volunteer Sweet Potatoes

Had some sweet potatoes come up from last year so just let em go. Shoulda checked em earlier I guess.
For reference that's a regular sized sweet potato from the store a regular potato and a 10-15 onion next to it. Weighs 6.5 lbs.

Mike, I tried some yams one of my co-workers gave me that came from Trinidad. They "volunteered" all right. Thought I was going to have to break out the old stuff that i had stashed to kill them off, but thought the neighbors might say something about the ground back there glowing at night!
