Went out of Lamar (St Charles Bay) and headed to Sundown Bay yesterday afternoon around 2pm. Had two limits of black drum by 5pm and a nice 24" red. The drum ran from 15 to 18", nothing big but fun to catch. All fish were caught on shrimp, live shrimp fished as dead and dead shrimp. Water was low and the wind was mild. Lots of green alge starting to build up, considerable more than a month ago.

Forgot the camera but the fish weren't anything to write home about. Did manage to drink a beer or two.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.
