well since I cant remember the last time I caught more than 5....lol...but I dnt like it, potential effect to guides possibly. a double up on reds allowed would of offset this maybe...?
if i dnt catch dinner, i will catch a buzz. it works out!

For me it’s fine but I have access to fish any time I want. For someone that only gets a couple shots a year at it it would kinda suck not to be able to take home more fish.

All that said, the normal terminal tackle fellas aren’t gonna catch 10 trout anyway.

Overall I don’t have any huge issue.

Guess I'm neutral. Like Ibtsoom, I have access to fish most anytime I want, but it sure is hard to let go of the 10 fish limit. Especially since I know it will never come back. I doubt it will have a big difference on the average size of fish caught. Just too much pressure in the Galveston area.

Make it 7 or 8 and give us 16 inch redfish.

I am for it. I believe the great majority do not even catch 5 very often. I only hope it does not effect the guides.

I believe several guides have already moved to 5 trout limits ahead of this change. I know Capt Greg Francis has.

I have noticed it helped Port Mansfield.
Oh and the management of a trout fishery has nothing to do with redfish
