We had great conditions yesterday morning, light and variable winds,1.5 ft seas and backing off all day.Myself,Coe ,Jonathon and Keith met Capt.Luke at Surfside,we got the boat ready, gased up and headed out.Our first stop was at the end of the jetty, where hoards of mullet and menhaden were rafting on the surface. We switched on the live wells and after 3 hurls of the cast net,Luke had enough live menhaden for the day. So,we put the hammer down and rolled off the jetties to our spot,45-47 or so miles out.We hit a grass line on the way out,saw a few chicken doplin and boxed a few of those. We didn't stay longClick image for larger version.

ID:	25794 and got to our rig about 9:00.As soon as we got out there, that was it.The snappers showed themselves and we started busting 'em.The fish were coming about 200 yards or so off the rig. Capt. Luke knew right where they were.Keith busted a nice king out there also.We averaged 15lbs or so on the snapper and after we boxed our limit,we had a few snapper that would have went 18lbs.A great day with great friends.Thank you Keith for the invite.Gonna be some grilling tonight!.

Fed the Griffin Hulslander crew tonight off of one of those ladies. It was an awesome day with a group of world class guys.
