    Default Honey Mustard Redfish

Made some honey mustard redfish on the half shell Saturday night after a day surf fishing. Mix honey and mustard with worcestershire to taste. Score the redfish down to the skin and sprinkle Tony's then apply the sauce where it gets down in the cuts. I use a little more Tony's over the sauce then slice yellow onions on top. Grill and enjoy!!Click image for larger version.

This was actually one that we took back in Sept, I released the ones we got Saturday. I only keep what I think I need and when I start to run out I stock back up.

This honey mustard redfish looks tasty! the slices of the onion on it give a lot of taste to the fish. I love to serve fish with vegetables like onion, garlic, coriander and red pepper. I have vegetable slicers so it's easier.
