    I'll be trying this dish on Sunday. I have some fillets in the freezer just waiting for a good recipe.

    I think I'll add oysters to the dressing and top it with some bay scallops.

    I made two of these dishes last Christmas for a party, and it was a huge hit. If you have the Flatties in the freeze, then you need to give it at shot!

    I have it in my recipe book but , man , I don't know when I could get the time to type it all out . He had pictures with it that I think I printed .
