Fish the jettys on the Texas gulf side with on luck, try the channel side was good, we had 15 black drum from 16" - 25", and one sheephead 18", little windy and cool, but a good day on the water, and lot of fun.
yea there was a couple places on the inside where you could pick up the smaller drum just about as fast as you would hit the water. I only got one sheephead to and a few small reds. But I was mainly there for the big ones.
