Hit the surf at M.o.B. at first light.
Rougher than yesterday but still fishable. Waves about 2-3 @ M.o.B.
Smaller waves further down the beach.
Throwing purple tails. Started hooking up right away on specks.
Fished until 7:30. Had to quit early due to having to get back to the house.
Caught about 10 fish. Strung 4 solid keeper trout 19-21". Others too small.
Many fisherman out. Saw several still catching when I left.
Lots of mullet in the surf so you long rodders might give it a shot.
Thunderstorms building offshore so later today might get bad.
Check the radar before you head down.
