East Bay

Hit east bay yesterday with mild success lots of slicks but scattered fish in the flats early picking up fish on the white skitter walk and a floating fat boy, ended up with 2 specs in the upper 3 lb class and we picked up smaller ones and a keeper red. Then the wind came and ruined the rest of the game plan so we tried to hit the surf mid afternoon and the only thing biting were pelicans on my top water, never seen that before. Luckily both of them came unhooked.

Does anyone know what the surf is suppose to be in the morning? Had a friend in Galveston around 430pm. i hardly could hear him for the wind. one report said it will be flat and another said the same as today? any help will be appreicated.
