my dad is in town and want to put him on some trout!! the wind is supposed to be 10-15k SE. so would that mean the beachfront would be a good spot? or should we try SLP? he lives in michigan and has never caught or eaten specks. want to make it worth his while!!! help me out please!!

the SE wind will clean the water up.check the bay and bouy forecast on the home page here for seas.if 2 feet or less the surf should be good.SLP should be good too.good catching to yall

I am thinking with a 10-15 knot wind, the surf might be rough and a little muddy. Try some coves along the south shoreline or wade between the water tower to SLP.
