  • Friday 6/28/13 south shore marsh

Had a wind shift in the night to a more westerly wind. Fished hard for just a few hook up opportunities. 1 long distance release, 1 lost through equipment failure, and one barely legal size boated. The one caught was crawling through the grass on a rising tide. Caught on a lime green near enough shrimp pattern. Fish was released unharmed to grow up. That was pretty much it for about 3 1/2 hours of marsh paddling. Better than staying home and wishing it was cooler and the fish were biting.
