any duck reports?

wondering if it pushed any birds down

I heard from HBR slow this morning was the report.

Hunted this morning.. there were lots of birds out there and lots of other people blasting them. We ended up with a teal. But missed on two other
opportunities. I just think we were in a bad spot or something. Did see three groups of about 50 geese flying by. They were flyin pretty low too. If they would have been a little closer, we would have had a couple to go with that teal.

I have heard that there were a few down here on Wed. Haven't done all that well this season. Hopefully things will get better after the split.

They were flying like crazy wednesday AM. also saw those geese, three BIG groups. one was only about 75 yards up. on goose flew like 50 feet above me and a buddy, and i guess the Lord was on his side cause six rounds pumped in his direction and i didnt see one feather fly. or maybe we just need to hit the shooting range hahaha. all in all it wasnt a bad morning though. i think that if we would have been about 300 yards west of where we were we would have had alot more action.

duck hunt in eagle lake

hunted flooded rice field in eagle lake this saturday
(12/19/09) excellent looking location no ducks
not one shot fired , where are the ducks now
(plenty of geese around that area), please give
feed back would like to know about marsh around
west bay and possible hook up to hunt down there
before end of seasone
