Hey guys i was just wondering? Is the spot to the left of the kemah boardwalk where the pier pilings are all the way down to pine gully park is that all considered the seabrook flats? I talked to a friend that did well over there this morning mainly at pine gully i am going to try and go walk in this afternoon.
