launched the yak from 146 to fish moses.. fished for three hours, wind was blowin, water was still decent, 1 red @ 29 (released) caught on bone spook that put up a good fight, only bite all day.. ill still take one red on topwater than a limit on something else, cant beat it..

to add to this, after fishin i went down to the west end to attend a good friend of mine's memorial party that died after the hurricane.. he lived in texas campgrounds and loved the beach here more than anywhere else he's ever been (lived all over the world being a marines son). instead of a big funeral and all that went with it, all he wanted was to be cremated and his ashes thrown into the galveston surf, so that we did today..also he left $500 for us to throw a party in his name.. r.i.p. rjm, i know everytime i'm fishin there you'll be lookin out for me..
