Didnt get to 2004 untill about 10 am and the tide was way out. i went right to a spoil bank that been producing for me latley. And they were still there with one problem all short fish.
Picked up 20 plus fish in a hour with a couple of rat reds mixed in. Then went to another spot further down into the bay, made another long drift around a spoil bank and scratched out another 10 fish, 3 of these were small keepers. I then went up the bayou to check out a spot and picked up 2 small keeper flounder. All in all not bad for a short low tide trip.
all fish came on plastics fished slow. going back in the am.

I am glad to hear you found some fish.

I fished Wednesday and the bayou was about 3 feet lower than normal. I hope Barbara at Lutes wasn't looking out the window at me belly crawling in and out of my jon boat from her dock. My legs where too short and my feet wouldn't reach the boat.

I am going to fish the bayou Sunday morning. You going to be out there?
