Put my buddy Anthony on some big uglies (black drum) on Saturday. Awesome weather, nice incoming tide and pretty easy fishing. Bring plenty of rod and weights with you, these things are best released without a too long of a fight.
Probably had 10 in 2 hours. Sore arms and big fun.
Also, following the markers from westbay to the pass as I have many times before, I have to say the channel has moved. From about the 3rd to 7th marker it's shallow, no channel I could find at all. Closer to bird island it drops off and is as usual.
