    I use some stew meat in mine so add another pound of meat and 5hrs maybe with no beans.

    can use whatever kind of beans and meat you like but stick with the rest of the recipe. I have been working on it for a few years

    LOL! I love beans in my chili, to me its not chili unless there are beans. However, my grandpa always said that Texans don't use kidney beans in their chili, don't know why but I leave them out haha. thanks for the recipe though, might have to try it out!!!

    DANNY’S CHILI RECIPE


    1-14oz can diced tomato, kidney, pinto, and navy beans 1-7oz can tomato paste, herdez salsa casera 1 onion 2 jalapeno 1 with seeds 4 cloves garlic 2 ½ pounds of meat 1 Shiner beer DRY SPICE MIX 3 tbsp chilipowder 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp coriander 1 tsp basil don’t add until end DIRECTIONS Brown meat with some Slap Ya Mama spice RINSE beans Chop veggies fine Put in crock pot on low with 1/3 dry mix and beer cook 4 hrs Add rest of drymix and basil cook 2 more hours
