Entering Lower West Bay from ICW at Chocolate?

Looking for tips on where to enter Lower West Bay from the ICW around the Chocolate Bay Area. I see what looks to be open areas on the charts with good water but there are “Obstruction” symbols all around. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Should be finejust stay west of the island by alligator point. Go straight from the Chocolate bay channel.
