Key words

I'm getting to the point in my schooling, that I need to start applying for positions. Is there anyone here that is on a panel that hires operators, if so what are some of the key words do you look for when filling out reasons for leaving your previous employer and takes on safety, health, and environment, etc. I have tested for some of the big companies already, so I am familiar with the recruiting process, but unfamiliar with the right answers on an intro application.

Any help would be much appreciated.
