2017 West Bay Redfish Showdown - Results
A huge thank you to Brad Murrill at Redfish Capital Management for stepping up as our title sponsor for this event. Brad really took the event on his shoulders after I had to depart. Brad, thank you I hope you didn't get to rattled it is a daunting task.
We had an average turnout considering the weather forecast, Astros game, 3 other tournaments that were all on the same day. I believe we had 61 entries on 33 teams. We had 13 team weigh in fish, others came but did not have stringers or couldn't catch the reds that day. Tides were high and fish were scattered. However, those that did locate them were able to bring in good fish.
Thank you to Jeff & Sandy for working the raffle. The Blockade Runners were amazing as usual. Just a great sounding group of talented musicians. We cannot thank you enough for your continued support.
