How long has it been open?

Been there for a very long time, longer than we have been alive. They are saying that it's a done deal, but nothing is finalized until the core of engineers signs off on the environmental studies. So unless they falsify them, we may be just fine.

        Rollover

Rollover was opened in the early 1950's and has been a big headache for the State and the Corp of Engineers ever since. The enviromental impact studies should be in progress and these can take up to 18 months to complete. They legally can't close the pass until those are complete.

Gater, they got planty of headaches around the state to deal with. The problem here is that the mone is behind closing not keeping it open. call Mickey in the morning and ask him what's going on. I'm not really that up on it, but I did know that they can't make a move without the environmental impact studies completed.
