Got up late and had a late start
, but the wind was out of the north (my favorite) and light so I went anyhoo. Got out into the bay at around 9 AM and got these around 11. Lost more than I caught. The fish under around 18" seem to have soft lips and at I lost a bunch before I could get them in the boat. Ain't complainin'..........

We were out in East Bay as well. Left dock around 7 and the bite was on until about 1030-1100. We were using bait (croakers) and caught several in the 20-23" range. Lots of bent rods in our area.It was a beautiful day to be out.Comment
