Lower Galveston Bay 09.17.11

This morning I got into an aggressive top water bite; only problem was that the majority of the trout were around 14". Those small fish were exploding on my bone super spook jr. nearly every cast. I did manage three keepers on tops in the 17" range. The remainder of the fish fell victim to a 4" sea shad (red shad). Tally for the day was seven trout to 21" and a 20" flounder.
