Limits o Trout

My partner and I found some trout today.
Got on the water at 8am and had our limits by 10. It was non-stop action.
All fish caught on soft plastics in 6-8 ' of water over shell/mud keying on active bait and slicks. Upper Galveston Bay.

Good job...had the same experiance but from sunrise to 7:30 and we were done! We found them anywhere from 6ft to 2ft! bigger ones came in closer and away from the birds...still key was bait movement. Margarita sand eel jr was pretty effective, but they'd of hit anything.
