Great report, I am sold on the gulps for reds, caught a nice 23 " in my light on a glow curly tail last Sat. morning right before sunup, when I peeled off the fillets for a Half Shell dinner, I nicked the stomach and a glow gulp shrimp fell out. Someone, somewhere up the canal is telling a story about the one that got away.

First decent fish in my green light since mid December, a few piggies and mullet showing up in the light at night, sheepshead in the daylight but the trout left the canals with the first real cold front. There are still some flounder and reds in the main canal in Jamaica Beach, I have been picking up a straggler or two on the high tide.

I just hate putting up with the smaller sand trout and such. Gulp on a spinnerbait is deadly on reds and i catch less undesireables.thats usually the way I go with gulp
