Made another run today and were greeted with a beautiful morning.
Pat and I found 5 boats fishing the area we caught them on Tuesday. Moved to a different area and on the 3rd cast I had a 24" Spec hammer the TTF Red Shad in 9' of water.
Fished this well hard around the outer pad and caught another 15 Specs between us before the bite stopped around 10. Ran to another well close by and found another 8 again on the outer edge.
Water was excellent and all of the fish were released for another day. On the way back to the launch, my 10 year old Merc started making a knocking noise so I guess my fishing will be put on hold until I can check it out.
