Just got in from an awesome day on the water with 2 good friends. Left the ramp by Fred Hartman Bridge at 11 and fished hard till sun down. Water was in great shape, lite winds and Fish everywhere! The 3 of us C&R'd 60+ Specs up to 25", 6 Reds and 5 Flatties on Cajun Pepper Devil Eyes. Catching was steady all afternoon but Epic around 1:30. During a 30 minute drift we had 5 triples and were catching fish on about every cast. Plus we finished with 3 Slams.

Truly a great day on the water with friends and felt great to get out again after being off the water for the past month+. Looking forward to getting back out soon.

Moe, they were still in the spots I told you about.., hope your trip was as good!

Now back to remodeling the canal home. Good Fishing!
    Tom

It's going good. Knocked a wall out between the kitchen and dining room giving us a bay view from the kitchen island. Finished a new custom cabinet for a Gaggenau Oven, Microwave and Wine cooler. Should have the rest of the cabinets refinished by the end if the week, then new countertops should be ready in 3 weeks. When that's finished, I will bring my boat & Jet Ski down and start learning West Bay.
