  • Superbowl Sunday Report

Got on the water about 8:30 this morning. The bay was pure glass. First stop was a reef with a steep drop off into about 8 ft of water which yielded no strikes. Moved to 2nd spot and stayed there until 1:30. fished over thick mud in about 10 feet of water. 3 Flounder, 3 Reds, and 1 3lb trout. All fish caught on Hustlers. The fish were caught in slight channel breaks in the bottom. The schools of reds where easy to find. Pretty much drifted until you were on the school and then staked out. No real size to the reds so we moved off them. No dead fish to report, but the bay definitely stunk of fish in the morning. Thinking of making a go at it again tomorrow.-Brandon
