Oak Bayou question..??

If you want to fish/wade this area, what area do people usually park off Park Rd 66.??
How far up the peninsula between Oak Bayou & Dana Cove do people usually walk to enter Oak bayou side..??
May try it there Sunday Morning...

Go past the covered picnic tables about a quarter mile and you'll see an area on the right where people pull off. Make a U-turn there and head back towards the the picnic tables and slow down half way there. On your right you'll see another pull off. Pull over and really slow down. You can see a path that leads out to the peninsula. Follow it and it will take you where you want to go. If you want to hit Dana, look for some sea oats next to the geo tubes and follow them out. If you want to fish Oak Bayou, keep walking and follow the open areas. You can see the paths on Google maps.
There were tons of mullet there this morning on both sides.
