Posted yesterdays trip in "west bay" so guess i should follow up in here again today....I just couldn't help myself again an took off a half day from work to feed the fish one more time this morning.Fished from daylight till 9am and these were caught in the same spot. Took xtreme anglers advice,(even though i had to sell one of my kidneys to afford it), I bought a quart of shrimp, got a bucket of neon dye an hit my secret spot. Nuclear neon shrimp was the ticket!(Plus fishing right next to those guys in the boat that kept yelling at me and flicking me off, I donno what their problem was?) Total was 4 trout and one red. I tried to find a different background for the picture to throw you guys off. If you find any boat in east bay with bent rods get in close and get ya some! Fish were caught in 4ft of water. Back to work for one more day....Ill be out terrorizing the bay fri.sat.sun....hope to see you guys there.....(piggy perch seminar and demonstrations will follow shortly after crawfish boil is over Sat. the 7th.) Tight lines fellas

Nice work pardna. Those fish are too easy on that live bait, especially when you add the kicker dye.

I'm new to the shrimp dyeing an I'm sure xtreme angle can give you more pointers on it but all I did was a quick 3 second dip an that won't kill them. I did a research report in high school on shrimp one time an the only thing I can figure is the exoskeleton of a shrimp won't allow alot of absorption. The crevices of a shrimp is mainly what colors well. The entire shrimp will take some color, just make sure you keep the shrimps lips out of the dye. You don't want him to digest the dye. Otherwise he gets excited like Charlie sheen bangin 7 gram rocks an dies from high blood pressure. Hope this clears up the new craze of shrimp dyeing. Do it while you can before they outlaw it!Don't follow my boat......I don't catch fish......

It's actually a edible body paint/dye. It's safe for fish an human consumption. just not good for a delicate little shrimp. Trust me I have totally researched this little secret an its totally legit. I would never want to hurt the fish I catch.Don't follow my boat......I don't catch fish......
