Walked in behind the pass this morning about 0545. Wind was light from the SW, the tide was a good incoming. Water clarity wasn't ideal but workable. Ended up with 4 trout, a sandie, a croaker and a lady fish. I caught the ladyfish and one trout on a blue/chrome SS. The rest of the feetch were caught with wassassins. I walked out about 0845 when the crowd started to show up. Tide had gone slack and was predicted to stay there until late afternoon. Water color was pretty sandy by the time I left thanks to the wind direction. Might be a good afternoon bite on the outgoing but I had to head home.

Thanks for the report....it was pretty slow on the guts after sunup.... unless you had live. Caught a couple on a corky devil pre sunrise....after that, it was few and far between. Came home at 10 with 5 trout and a small flatty!

If it smells like fish....you know I've been there!
