As everyone knows, the water is extremely high in the bays. The fish I found were tight to the grass. Later in the day when the tide started dropping out thru a drain off a marsh, it created about a 30 yard rip out into the bay. I found a few trout, reds and flounders that were feeding in the rip as the bait was passing by. Caught a couple on tops early and most of the rest on plum and mardi-gras.

Thanks for the report, same with us. fished the grass line, but only ended up catching 1 decent trout.
