Had a great bite wading mud and shell at daybreak. 5 trout came to hand (more on that later) all in the 20 -22 inch class. Missed a few, probably due to the dull *** hooks on my catch 2000. Tide was ripping in, water clarity was about 2 feet.
    .
    The rest of the story...

Forgot my wading belt at home so no stringer, fish lipper, scissors, pliers, not to mention the lack of back support! Today I have 2 new holes in my hand and a sore back.

Drifted and waded some areas until noon, and only pick up one more trout about 23 inches.

All fish released. It was great to get to meet Kylie. Enjoyed fishing with you!

Sounds like a good trip to me, thanks for the report.
