West Bay 2/27-2/28

[Tro-Trout]

2/27 Fished chocolate Saturday evening hoping ti find some reds. We fished a few reefs and tried to find some active bait but couldn't find any. The tide was super low and the water temp was about 57 and dirty. We got caught in the 50mph wind on the way back across the bay it was a long wet ride home

2/28 We stuck to the coves today tide was beginning to get back to normal but not there yet. Made a couple long drifts through a few coves with a couple missed flounder and one that followed Dads lure all the way to the boat. Water was warmer on the coves around 58-59 water was good sandy green. Nice day on the water.

All we found were flounder today or should i say they caught flounder...thanks for the report
