Fished Saturday and Sunday from 4:30- dark. Saturday my Dad and I went to a south shoreline cove where we didn't find much. Saw one of Michelle's mullet but that was it lol. I had a good thump that I thought was a big trout but it ended up being a nice flattie. The flounder was just a shrimp or 2 shy from 5lbs. Sunday I was solo and decided to walk in and wade till dark. Got in the water a little after 4:30 and had a fish on the second cast. It wasn't fast & furious action but I had 6 trout, 4 which kept ranging from 16-21". I'm guessing the water was 55 deg, winds ESE at around 15 knots and the tide was coming in pretty hard. Here's a pic of the flounder and the stringer from today.

Nice work Alex, that's a solid flounder.

nice report, I think the key yesterday was the incoming tide in the afternoon, because Donna and I did not see one mullet in the morning.

Explorer- I didn't see any mullet either. Fish weren't agressive either, they were just barely picking the bait up.

Interesting, we definitely need some warmer weather, so the mullet move back in the coves!

                          GOD BLESS AND GIG'EM!

I hope I catch a 10 lb trout before I catch a flesh eating bacteria.

22". Definately my biggest flounder. I catch a lot from time to time but they are all in the 14-19" range.
