Caught some fatt trout from the boat yesterday. tide was moving good, water was off color, wind pumping 20mph easy. Catch 2000s were the ticket. Pink or the chartreuese/silver/white.

Couldn't get em wading, or drifting, so we found a more protected spot and stuck in the new stake out stick, and it worked like a charm. Never got hot and heavy but we would get a bite every 5 or ten minutes I guess. Drifters by weren't doing any good that we could see. Probably moving to fast.
