4/20 Evening Report - no fish, but a great sunset
Conditions:
Water temp - 73.3
Wind - SE 5-10
Pressure - 29.92
Water - off color
Tide - not much movement at all.
Went to the surf around 5:30, but did not see much bait at all. The water was flat and green to the beach. Did see a lot of cabbage heads! Left there and jump in the boat and hit a south shoreline cove.
Throwing plastics, caught a monstor sting ray that gave me the willies!!! I just do not like those guys. Anyway, as the subject line reads, I did not catch anything. I focused on the grass lines and even the middle of the cove, which has hard sand and mud. No takers, only a few bumps.
I did take a great sunset picture! Although I did not catch anything (worth a crap) it was peaceful and you can not beat the sunsets on West Bay.
