Reeltime and I hit the water at 0600. Jumped in for the first wade around 630. I was wading along and saw something swirl and run a mullet out of the water -- laid my pink fat boy in there and BAM! nice 23-CPR'd. After a bit longer I caught a nice 20 and put her on the stringer. Moved to the north shoreline of Jones to have a look at a spot that had been holding lots of bait and nada.. ran from there down the channel and got out on a few reefs. I picked up a 22.5" red on the same pink fat boy and Reeltime caught a 27" red on a plum / chartreuese paddle tail. Picked up a small flounder after that but not much else. The wind picked up pretty quick and we called it quits around 1200. Great day on the water. Here's some pics from today...
