Night time fishing

Hit the bayou saturday for some evening night action. Caught a couple keeper trout( 20") popping a shrimp under a cork and several 12". Stop by the bubbles for a few casts and saw the trout feeding like crazy on shad but could not get a keeper to hit anything I threw. Still had a good time with the rats and dinks.

Chocolate Bayou

Congrats on the specks!!

The wife and I fished the bayou late Saturday morning and struck out. Our day was cut short due to motor hiccups.

I went back late Sunday afternoon and quickly caught a flounder and a trout on morning glory swim tails. The highlight of my night was people watching. Several idiots were cruising up and down the bayou last night putting their families and others around them in total danger.

All I could do was shake my head in disbelief.
