My father-in-law took out my wifes grandpa for some fishing Tues morning out in the bay and caught a boat load of fish, but released them all. They were not lying becasue I saw the pics. They caught a solid 7 lb, 24 " flounder and released it.
I took my wife out Friday afternoon when I got back into town and we managed 7 keeper trout and a 24" flounder that was about 7 lbs. Biggest flounder I ever caught with a rod and reel and it was fun to share it with my wife. He was not so lucky with me, he is getting stuffed tonight.
Well, when I got in and started looking at the photos I noticed that the flounder looked similar in both his photo and mine. After some CSI investigation, I believe it is the same fish. Same patter and same amount of dots around open spots.
The fish was caught in the same area, but about 300 yds away. Thought that was pretty neat and hope you enjoy the pics.
