Hit the water solo so I took the yak down and launched from the 2004 bridge around 1pm. Set up a drift in a spot ive never been before and immediately began picking up trout with the majority undersized, a keeper here and there but didnt bring a cooler or stringer so all fish were CPRed. After a couple of drifts I decided to stretch the legs and hit up a shore line with a mud flat along the channel and picked up a limit of flounder (16"/17") and a little male that wasnt happy. Headed back towards the ramp around 4pm and was casting along the shoreline when this fat 22+ in trout slammed my lure. Fun day and back in time for dinner.
Winds were light out the N/NE around 5/10.. Water was nice and smooth but a little dirty.. Bait was plenty everywhere I paddling.
