  • Freshed out in the bayou?

Looks like the bayou will be fresh for awhile after this rain we get on Saturday. How long does it take to get the saltwater back in there after a good rain?

Saltwater is heavier than fresh. Slap on a 1/4oz jighead and get after it.

        Yeah, bouy's got it!
I wonder if there's enough rain to kill off the red tide?

I fished back in the bayou today; the water was off color but plenty of trout and reds.

bouy got it , they will still be there we went from three feet of clarity in the bayou to about eight inches because of the mud run off from the bank and the fish were still there they will hold just go deep and work your currents !
I dont always drink beer, but when i do , I prefer to be fishing !!!!!
