weekend in chocloate
My wife and I fished Saturday and Sunday this weekend and had a bunch of flounder to show for it. We did not catch many, but finished the weekend with a total of 11 with the biggest being 22.5"s. We also managed a keeper red and trout that we gave to the tamale guy at Wee Mart.. He has the best tamales... We also caught numerous small trout, reds, and flounder.
We only fished the afteroon as we figured we would sleep in since the little one was at the grandparents. All fish caught on gulp against salt grass. The water looked the best the further out we went and the tide seemed to be moving better out there.
Great weekend now back to work.....Attached is a pic of the 22.5 taken by my brother that joined us for a few minutes tonight. Sorry for the bad picture quality.
