  • Chocolate Trip 4-20-13

Made a run out to Chocolate with my dad and cousin saturday morning. Fished all over West bay looking for em with no luck (Other than about 20 stingrays and some hard heads) from 6 am to just after lunch. It was like someone flipped a switch. The tide moved in and we were fish on for about 2 or 3 hours. Snagged a few nice trout, the biggest 21" and a 25 1/2 in. black drum. Turned out to be a nice day out on the water. All fish caught on live shrimp on the bottom. Anyone know what the second fish is? Caught it up in the bayou. Looks like a hybrid bass possibly.
